Please be advised
that often visitors who staying in Bali who wish visit Lombok and
to arrange their own transport to Lombok are told by the hotel staff
or travel agent that the flights or ferry is 'fully booked' or cancelled.
Whilst, this may be true often it is not. (The hotel loses money
when you check out). First, call the airline direct and or go straight
to the airport. You will almost certainly get a seat.
By the way, if you have the time - or are in northern Bali or would
like leave from northern Bali you can take the venerable inter-island
ferry for only Rp. 15,000 ! - about two dollar at today's exchange
rate. This ferry takes about 4 hours depending on the ship, its
load and tide. |
